Product Description
Specialised for PVC sheets, PVC edge banding, and charcoal sheets, Plywood, MDF, and other porous wooden substrates. Ideal for vertical as well as flat surface applications. APPLICATIONS - Suitable for:-PVC sheets, PVC edge banding, and charcoal sheets, Plywood, MDF, and other porous wooden substrates.-Ideal for vertical as well as flat surface applications. - Precautions:-Remove any skin formation before use and ensure uniform pressure during bonding. -Use on wood with 8–12% moisture content for best results. - Caution: Close the lid when not in use How To Use:
- Clean and dry both surfaces; roughen if needed. Stir adhesive well before use.
- Apply on non-porous surface first (e.g., PVC), then on porous (e.g., plywood).
- Join surfaces while adhesive is wet; align and press using a wet cloth.
- Apply pressure with tape, weights, or nails; wipe off excess.
- Keep under pressure for 24 hrs (minimum 4–5 hrs).
